The food here is absolutely amazing, the service is top-notch, and the ambiance is just perfect. If you're searching for an authentic Mexican dining experience, look no further--this is the place! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and with roots in Jalisco, you can trust that the flavors are the real deal. I'm so glad I discovered this gem and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend trying the enfrijoladas--the beans are incredibly fresh and flavorful, instantly transporting me back to my visits to Mexico. This place is a must-visit!

Enjoyed the atmosphere at this friendly restaurant. Sorry we couldn't be outside but weather didn't permit. We had the tuna tar-tar and yellow peppers/shrimp. Both were too hot for us actually difficult to eat so hot!! Both had good portion sizes. Salsa and chips was ho-hum.

Visited October 11, 2024 6:30 pm. It was a girls weekend in Palm Springs for us 3 ladies and we chose a great resturant and bar for it! This was our first visit to El Patio La Quinta. The Resturant is family owned and we met and chatted with them : mom, dad, son, daughter. Such a pleasant and hardworking family. Dad was in the kitchen, mom was busing tables, their young adult children were taking orders and delivering food. Atmosphere: lovely Resturant. Everything is clean and looks new. inside is nicely and comfortably decorated. We sat outside on the fenced in patio and it was nice also. Food: one of us had taquitos which were fried to perfection and tasty. but spring salad on them, which became wilted and soft very fast. A crunchy, firm lettuce or cabbage would have been better . She said she'd order again but ask for cabbage or different lettuce next time. The pazole, I was told was delicious and the serving huge! I had chicken mole enchilada plate and I will definitely order it again. Half of the enchiladas were covered in green mole and the other in red. Both good but I fell in love with the red. Drinks: many selections s of wine, beer, and margaritas. I am allergic to agave and the only alcoholic drink on the menu not containing agave ( which tequila and mezcal are made from) was a pina colada' which was very good! Hopefully they will add more variety of mixed drinks soon. Prices are reasonable and we will be back.

How does one say it nicely, off season is still difficult for businesses in CV and El Patio rocks it keeping open. We commend them and try and visit as often as possible. YELP SHORT ANSWER: Yes, enjoy is special little spot but bring a pillow for you butt. LOCATION: Very nice, lots of parking. FACILITY: Nice quiet outdoor seating and indoors is very traditional and a little dark in places. MENU: As you'd expect, great Happy Hour/s. FOOD PREP: Very good. FOOD QUALITY: Very Good. LIBATIONS: Hit or miss depending on who is there. They could improve this but being short staffed means drink quality will vary as they hand pour. Usually never weak. WAITSTAFF: Depends, off season everyone looks depressed as business is down which means tips are down. We try and take care of people in the Summer months. OVERALL VALUE: Seems very fair. TIP: In season get there around 4 pm, the patio fils up but bring a pillow their chairs are really uncomfortable.

We had a rain break and I wanted some Mexican food. I looked this place up and it was very close. So glad we found this place. So . Everything we had was good. I was a little skeptical of the avocado margarita but it did not disappoint! The ceviche was fire and we had the molcajete. If you get he molcajete make you have some people with you that are ready to eat. It's definitely something you share with a group! We sat at the bar and Alexis was great. Glad we found this place.
